Sucesso instantâneo depois de seu principal trabalho na televisão brasileira, interpretando o personagem Cirilo Riviera no sucesso infantil “Carrossel” do SBT, o ator Jean Paulo Campos retornou para as telinhas como Zeca em “Carinha de Anjo”. Novela em que voltou a contracenar com sua colega de cena e amiga Maisa Silva.
Em meio a tantos projetos, o ator contou um pouco mais pra gente sobre como vem andado sua carreira até hoje.
A novela “Carrossel” do SBT em 2012, foi seu primeiro trabalho como protagonista. Como foi ter recebido o papel do Cirilo?
Foi um presente na minha vida ser o Cirilo. Nervosismo deu sim, pois foi meu primeiro grande papel, mas graças a Deus acho que consegui realizar com sucesso e ter o reconhecimento do público.
Também na novela, o personagem tinha cenas muito fortes e emocionantes com a Maria Joaquina (Larissa Manoela). Já houve vezes em que algumas dessas cenas foram mais complicadas?
Algumas foram mais difíceis, mas a equipe toda da novela ajudou bastante.
Quando o último filme, “Carrossel 2: O Sumiço de Maria Joaquina” foi lançado ano passado, você esperava no começo que a franquia fosse fazer tanto sucesso assim?
Acho que o sucesso de Carrossel, novela e filmes, foi surpreendente pra todos nós. Um grande presente mesmo.
Na nova novela “Carinha de Anjo”, você voltou a contracenar com a Maísa Silva. Como é poder voltar a ter ela como colega de cena novamente?
A Maisa é minha grande amiga, então é um grande prazer trabalhar com ela de novo. Fora de cena também é muito legal, brincamos muito, damos risada, etc.
O Cirilo com certeza mora dentro do meu coração, foi um personagem muito importante em minha carreira.
Para você, qual foi a principal diferença entre fazer o Cirilo na televisão e no cinema? Você sentiu que mudou alguma coisa no personagem?
Acho que no cinema, como já estávamos na fase pré adolescente, mudou um pouco. Mas o garoto bondoso e amigo de todos sempre continuou.
O que mais motivou você quando decidiu que queria seguir carreira como ator?
O que mais me motiva todos os dias é melhorar como pessoa e profissional.
Já teve alguma cena em que você sentiu que você acabou sendo você mesmo e não o personagem?
Acho que não.
Como é conciliar a vida escolar com o trabalho de ator?
Tranquilo, pois estudo de manhã e gravo de tarde. Da pra conciliar e fazer tudo certinho.
